General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the reservation and short-term rental of our holiday cottages. Making a reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The rental agreement is considered concluded at the moment the reservation is made.
Reservation and Fees
1. To confirm a reservation, an advance payment (deposit) of 30% of the total cost of the stay must be paid to the indicated bank account within 2 days of making the preliminary booking. If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be considered invalid. The Owner will confirm the reservation by email or phone once the payment is credited.

In the transfer title, please provide: full name, dates of stay, and the number of guests.
2. By making a reservation, the Guest consents to the processing of their personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and meeting check-in obligations, in accordance with current personal data protection regulations (GDPR).
3. The Guest has the right to access and update their personal data.
4. Minors may only be accommodated and stay in the cottages when accompanied and supervised by adults.
5. Payment for the cottage by the Guest constitutes acceptance of these rental terms and conditions.
6. The Owner reserves the right to collect a refundable security deposit of 500 PLN.
7. The Guest is obliged to settle the entire outstanding balance for the stay on the day of arrival, even if the arrival is delayed or the stay is shortened due to circumstances beyond the Owner's control (personal reasons, weather conditions, transport difficulties, strikes, etc.).
8. In the event the Guest shortens their stay, the payment for the unused period will not be refunded.
9. If the Guest changes the reservation dates or completely cancels the stay for reasons beyond the Owner's control, the 30% advance payment is non-refundable.
10. The price of the stay includes bed linen, water, and electricity.
11. A local city tax, calculated according to the current rates set by the Władysławowo City Hall, must be added to the total cost of the stay.
Conditions of Stay
1. The hotel day (check-in) begins at 3:00 PM and ends (check-out) at 10:00 AM.
2. The handover of keys and the return of the cottage take place in the presence of the Owner.
3. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices (inside the cottages and on the property) caused by their fault. Charges for damages are settled on an ongoing basis.
4. Any defects in equipment or property arising during use must be reported to the Owner immediately.
5. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy (including e-cigarettes and tobacco products) inside the cottages, as well as a strict ban on frying fish. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the Owner has the right to immediately terminate the contract and charge an additional fee of 500 PLN.
6. Unregistered visitors are not allowed on the property after 10:00 PM.
7. The property Owners are not responsible for the loss or damage of property, such as parked vehicles or valuables left in the cottages.
8. The Owner is not liable for temporary inconveniences caused by independent suppliers, e.g., temporary lack of water, electricity, internet, or television signals.
9. Before leaving the cottage on the day of departure, Guests are required to leave the cottage in a tidy condition. Please strip the bed linen from the bedding.
10. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
11. If the Owner or an authorized person is forced to justifiably call the police due to a violation of quiet hours, the Owner has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement.
12. Guests staying on the property must not disturb the rest of other visitors. The Owner reserves the right to ask Guests to leave the cottage (without the obligation to refund money) if they disturb the peace, violate the regulations, or fail to observe generally accepted social norms.
13. For fire safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use personal electric heaters, gas stoves, or store flammable materials in the cottages, as well as to throw cigarette butts into the trash bins.
14. Every time you leave the cottage, please turn off the taps, close the windows, and turn off the lights.
15. Every time you leave the cottage, you must ensure the door is locked.
16. The price of services does not include insurance. The Owner is not responsible for injuries, damages, theft of luggage, or destruction of the Guests' property during their entire stay.
17. On the property premises, especially on the playground, children must remain under the strict supervision of adults at all times. The playground is designed for children up to 12 years of age.
18. Guests may not sublet the holiday cottage to third parties.
19. The Owner does NOT allow pets in the cottages.
20. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services shall apply accordingly.
Subject of Lease and Equipment
1. The subject of the lease is a holiday cottage consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a private terrace.
2. The full equipment of each cottage includes:
- A sofa bed in the living room
- 4 single beds in two soundproofed bedrooms on the upper floor
- Flat-screen TV in the living room
- Table, 4 chairs, and 2 stools
- Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, electric hob, electric kettle, set of pots, tableware for 6 people, mugs, glasses, and cutlery
- Vacuum cleaner and a complete cleaning kit
- Clothes airer, iron, and ironing board
- A fresh set of towels and bed linen for each Guest
- Set of garden furniture on the private terrace
